Along with my passion for beads, jewelry and green living I have a great love of healthy living.  Exercise is a big part of that for me.  One of the ways I get my exercise in is with Hoopnotica.  I am sure most of you remember hula hooping when you where a kid,  well this ain't your mamas hula hoop.  It is a great workout and it is fun.  Check out this site, there are also alot of video's on you tube.  This is one of my favorite video's.  SaFire is a wonderful hooper.  If you are looking for fun and sexy way to work out this is for you.
